Greeting

Tetra Tokyo G.K. (https://www.tetratokyo.com/)wants to "co-create" rather than "compete" with the companies and professionals involved in advertising. Aiming to get some inspiration to everyone and make the advertising industry even more interesting, we have started holding webinars this year once a month.

In the tetra-lab. vol. 8, we will speak with Ms. Keiko Seto, the owner and chef of vegan restaurant "mique / vegan food & gallery", who previously worked as an art director in an ad agency for more than 15 years. We will talk casually but try to learn her perspectives from various angles .  Why did we pick Ms. Seto this time? The reason is that we believe she could provide many tips for achieving a "society where everyone can live happily" (otherwise known as SDGs), which tetra tokyo is always aiming for. It can surely connect to keywords such as #workstylereform #sustainability #global. I am so excited to have this session, especially imagining how I cook. Please enjoy in your own way.  We'll likely hear her thoughts regarding the following questions:  - Why did you become a vegan chef after an advertising career? - What commonalities do you see between your previous job and your current job? - Does your advertising job live on in your current job? - Are you happy now? - Any future goals?  Anyone who wants to ask Ms. Seto something, please feel free to send us your questions. Either in advance or at the webinar works.  About Ms. Keiko Seto Ms. Seto, the owner and chef of the vegan restaurant in Tokyo, "mique / vegan food & gallery", spent her childhood in Germany. She graduated from The New School's Parsons School of Design in New York, and then started her career in Tokyo as as an art director in the ad industry. After over 15 years of work, she entered the culinary path. She completed a training course at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, then did an internship in New York and New Orleans. She also studied in the kitchen of a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant. In 2015, she opened her own Japanese vegan restaurant "mique" in Ebara-nakanou and moved it to Komazawa in 2017. In July of this year, she moved once again to a new restaurant in Higashi Tamagawa, Setagaya City and invited a chef to operate it. She is now preparing for her business ambition in India.  About Tetra Tokyo Webinar "tetra-lab." for ad industry professionals For Tetra Tokyo G.K., who is committed to keeping its team size to a minimum and providing maximum results, every encounter is a most valuable asset. We think that it is our duty to share useful information with people in the advertising industry, whether we've met before or they are new to us. This series of webinars begins in 2021. Japanese to English simultaneous interpretation is provided.
